Unopened, non-custom, damaged merchandise may be returned within 10 days from the date of shipment. Pleae call 631-298-0005 for a return authorization. After 10 days, customer must contact the manufacturer for warranty issues or claims.
- We do not accept returns on Kem card decks which have been opened.
- Custom products are not eligible for return.
- Returns received for unopened product without prior authorization will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Returns received for opened product without prior authorization will not be credited.
- Freight and return freight charges are not eligible for credit on any return.
- Kem.com is not responsible for delays in delivery by freight carriers and will not refund the cost of expedited freight.
